Villa Renovation
Full villa refurbishment including layout changes, new joinery, updated plumbing and electrical, and finishes.
Villa, apartment and office renovations run on a fixed programme, with our own plumbers and electricians working the same sequence as the joinery and finishing crews.
Renovating an occupied villa or a tenanted office in Dubai comes with pressure most new-build fitouts never face: a family still living upstairs, a business trying to stay open, or a handover date fixed by a lease. Fixing Care structures every renovation around that reality. We phase demolition and construction to protect the parts of the property you still need, dust-seal work zones, and schedule noisy trades outside the hours that disturb residents or customers. Because our plumbing, electrical and joinery teams are our own staff rather than rotating subcontractors, we can compress a renovation programme without losing quality, and we can react same-day when a survey uncovers something behind a wall that was not visible at quotation stage.
Every renovation starts with a detailed survey, including a look behind finishes where access allows, so the cost plan we hand you reflects the real condition of the property rather than an optimistic guess. From there we sequence work so structural and MEP changes happen first, followed by joinery, finishes and final snagging, with weekly photo reports so you can track progress without visiting site. Kitchen and bathroom remodels, which typically involve the most plumbing and waterproofing risk, are led by our in-house MEP team so leak testing happens before tiling closes the wall, not after a leak appears months later.
Full villa refurbishment including layout changes, new joinery, updated plumbing and electrical, and finishes.
Apartment interior overhauls for owners and landlords, from single rooms to full-unit transformations.
Office refurbishment around live tenancies, phased to minimise disruption to daily operations.
Full kitchen remodels covering layout, plumbing relocation, cabinetry, worktops and appliance integration.
Bathroom rebuilds with waterproofing, re-piping, book-matched tiling and fixture replacement.
Complete property transformations covering every room, trade and finish under a single fixed programme.
A renovation that looks finished on handover day but leaks six months later is not actually finished. We treat every renovation with the same rigour as a new-build fitout: proper demolition surveys, licensed plumbing and electrical work signed off before walls close, and a documented snagging process before we consider the job done. Because our own tradespeople carry out the MEP work, we can guarantee it the same way we guarantee our joinery, and our twelve-month workmanship warranty covers the whole renovation, not just the visible finishes.
Where property access allows, we inspect behind visible finishes during the survey so hidden plumbing or electrical issues are priced upfront. If something is found once work begins, we flag it immediately with a clear cost and time impact before proceeding, so you are never surprised by a change order.
For partial renovations, yes, we phase work and dust-seal active zones so you can continue living in unaffected parts of the property. For full home renovations involving structural or MEP changes throughout, we recommend temporary relocation and will advise honestly at the survey stage.
Every renovation carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty covering joinery, finishes, plumbing and electrical work, backed by our own in-house teams rather than a third-party subcontractor we would need to chase.
